Westpoint, Exeter

It was great to meet some of my blog followers at Ally Pally especially Patricia, she even brought a Hougie board lol. Well the t-shirts are washed and packed as I'm off to Westpoint Exeter tomorrow with Kay,so if anybody is going please come and say Hi.
The last time we went to this show back in January,I ended up getting out and pushing the van as it had snowed very heavily.Don't think it will be snow but rain this time..... hope it dries up soon.

This was another card I did for Donington Park, using the Shake It domes.
The image is a stamp from Heartfelt Creations which I stamped with Jet Black Archival and water coloured with Weathered Wood.
I added Glitter Jewels from Creative Expressions for the shakeable snow.
The card shape and layers were made using a Spellbinders Grand Label and of course the flowers are made from the poinsettia die.
I used papers from Fabscraps for the layers.
I will take my laptop this week,my daughter borrowed it last weekend to revise for her driving theory
which I please to say she has now passed.I hope I have an internet connection hate not being able to keep in touch.

  1. Morning Karen, It was so lovely to meet you, you are a lovely lady, and I hope you have now recovered from Ally Pally, just in time to be off to Exeter ha ha. I absolutely loved the BSSS,, but haven't recovered yet from the journeys. Yesterday I was on the laptop seeing how hard it would be to get to the new BSSS in Kettering, it will take 4 hours but only 3 trains this time, maybe ha ha !!
Congratulations to your daughter for passing her Theory Test, the actual test should be a doddle for her.
Your card today is fantastic, love the colours and the dome with the snow inside, I love the Heartfelt Creations scene, it is gorgeous, and the poinsettia die-cuts are just beautiful.
Hopefully you have a hazard free journey to Exeter, you don't want to be pushing the van again ha ha.
Lots of love from Patricia xx
