Seasons Greetings

Well wasn't much chance to see the samples the design team had made as the stamps sold so fast, thanks to everybody who brought them, I know you'll love them they're so versatile. I will have to do my best to show all the cards I made.
This one was one of Sheena's favourites, the image was stamped in memento and coloured with alcohol pens.Using  one of the labels from Spellbinders I cut the image and then used Antique Linen to ink around the edge. The base of the card was made by cutting up some scraps of paper into rectangles and attach to a piece of green card leaving a space around each one.I added some lace and ribbon across the card about two thirds of the way down. The poinsettia were made using another Spellbinders die, the adhesive pearls for the centres came from Hobby House.I cut the swirls using a Marianne die from green card but wanted them to stand out a bit more so I embossed them with clear embossing powder which darken the cardstock.
Think I'll finish the evening with a glass of wine and a Chinese takeaway with my husband  as 27 years ago today we were married. The years seem to have gone so fast.
