More Lattice

Morning,
Lizzy is on today at 12 noon with more of the Tattered Lace POW Lattice and Lace.
Above are a couple more cards from the show.
The first was made using the Diamond Trellis Flourish, left in the card. The flower was made using just the head of the Lacy daffodil , with the Meadow leaves behind.
The second is the Diamond Trellis Frame with ribbon threaded though the lattice. The flowers are from Mini Blooms again with Meadow leaves. I can see I'll be using the leaves quite often in the future, so useful.
Right, I'm off to work now, enjoy the Bank Holiday everyone.
Happy Crafting.

Although you could do them any colour , especially for children's cards.

A bit of fantasy

Going to be a bit warm today, so they say. May need my fan on today in my shed. Lots of samples to make as I'm not here tomorrow, off the the coast.
As the title says a little bit of  fantasy with today's cards

This twisted easel uses distress inks for the background, the Cherry Tree die with leaves removed, Unicorn, and Ornate leaves. For the base I used the Geometric Embossing a Folder.

A Centre Stepper , with Unicorn, Essential Circles. Mini Blooms, and Ornate leaves.

A very simple but very effective card, love to do black and white cards, classic and stunning.
Better get to work, enjoy your day, crafting hopefully.
Happy Crafting.

All Wrapped Up Pt. 3

Early start today, a lot to do.
Postman arrived at 7.15am, good job I set my alarm.
Cards planned on paper, now to do the real thing once I've printed the papers off.
Below are a few more cards from the All Wrapped Up paper crafting kit. After asking the powers that be, I found out the kit will be available on the website Crafting.co by the end of the month. So keep an eye out.

Hope you like them !

All Wrapped Up Pt. 2

Morning Everyone,
I'd just like to say thank you for all the lovely comments that have been posted. I'm enjoying blogging
again after a bit of a break, because if that I have a store of cards to show you.
Work has arrived, so I shall be busy for the next few weeks, but I'm having a day out on Sunday. more about on Saturday.
Today's cards are more from the All Wrapped Up show which was on Create and Craft USA this week. The kit had already been on, this side of the water in July, Sarah was on the show.

All that I added to the kit was some plain cardstock, ribbon, glitter and gems. The cardstock came from Limetree Craft, the brown, red and white. I really need to get some more as it matched so well.
Today I will be doing sketches for the cards I will be making tomorrow, I find this a lot quicker, ok there may be a few changes along the way but it stops the crafting block.

All Wrapped Up

Thought I would post a few of the samples made for the All Wrapped Up show on Create and Craft USA.
I made 20 cards but I have so much left over, I've already started to make some more cards, ready for Christmas.
The last card was made using 2cm square pieces of card which was left over from the toppers when I removed the oval piece. Just to prove nothing goes to waste, it would be a good card for a man.
Still waiting for post and as housework is done I'm doing some more stitching.

Noel

The theme today is Noël
Several different versions using the Noël die from Tattered Lace.
The first is mounted onto card but with a gold mirror highlight.

This one using dies from the Create a scene Stepper with the Chrisma Poinsettia.

The last two have been made into shaped cards, using 300gsm card stock, again using the poinsettia and the Noël was embossed using the Script set of embossing folders.
Waiting the postman, so doing a little bit of Cross stitch. haven't done this for a few years, definitely need the glasses for this now. Lol

Sheena's Victorian Flowers

Morning, what a lovely sunny one.
Had a good day yesterday, cupboards have now been ordered for my craft room, arriving early next month, so I could be in for Christmas. No more cold shed and icy walks down the garden.
These samples were made for a demonstration I did at Colemans Warehouse in June and will be making their way to my new room when it's done.
All the flowers were painted with Aquatints and shaped before they dried.
The lilies were sprayed with Spray and Shine, about 3 coats allowing to completely dry between each coat.
Housework day today, but when complete I'm off to make some Christmas cards. Always leave them to the last minute, not this year.

Sheena's fairies Pt 2

Here are couple of samples using Sheena's Perfect Partners, both the new Christmas ones and the Victorian Flowers.
The heart was from the MDF man, need another one of these to make this for my Grandaughter's room.
The flowers and fairies were painted with Aquatints.

The baubles were stamped onto shrink plastic to smoke them the right size for the fairy to hold and go on the tree.
Off to shop for units today for my new craft room, can't wait...... Might be in before Christmas !!! Lol
Happy Crafting.

Sheena's Fairies

Some of you may have seen these if you are one of my Facebook friends, so for my blogger only friends here are some cards made with Sheena Douglass' Perfect Partners. A set of stamps and dies that match, saving you all that fussy cutting.
You can alter how they stand or hold their arms just by snipping into their joints ( a bit painful lol ) and then shaping them.
They are not necessarily for Christmas as you will see in tomorrow's post.
Watching Lizzy on C&C at the moment , then off to make some more cards to be seen on Monday.
Happy Crafting.

Penguin Scene Stepper

Two more cards from the POD, the first using the Scene Stepper with the cute Penguin, the second is the Owl and Presents and the Chrisma Ivy. So happy I now have the Essentials, oval, circle, square etc. they make it so much easier to mat and layer.
Looking forward to the weekend, going to order some units for my new craft room, hopefully that means I should be in before Christmas !!!

Partridge in a Pear Tree

Here's Esmae's first photo on my blog, she's now 2 months old, born on the 30th May, so both my Grandaughter's are May babies.
Ok, that's the proud Nanny moment over, back to today's cards.

These two are using The Partridge in the Pear Tree die as seen on yesterday's POD.
The second card is also using the original side stepper die.
Off to work now on something that will be seen on Monday 9am.
Happy Crafting.

Scene Stepper and Noël

This first card was made using the Scene Stepper die, which is on Ideal World and Create and Craft today. With the die there is a Click, Print & Go CD on which are scenes to print off to use as backgrounds.

Love the dies that give you shaped cards, easy to make and decorate but very effective.
This one is using the owl and parcels die which has been cut apart but also cut in different coloured card.
Collecting my Grandaughter Mia very soon, so better get my skates on.
