This stamp is one of Jayne Nestorenko's along with the background trees.and the wording
on this card.
I stamped and embossed the tree in silver, painted the branches with Shaded Lilac Distress ink. Then applied Cosmic Shimmer glue over it and then covered that in glitter.
Sorry I had to fussy cut again, to mount it over the edge of the aperture. The snowy landscape was made by tearing card strips and applying glue and glitter like I did with the tree.
The embossed background was made using a new embossing folder from Crafters Companion.
The snowflake in the corner was made using one of the new snowflake dies from Spellbinders.
Right time to get to work............play

Good morning Karen,
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful card Karen, it is truely beautiful, between the front going into the aperture of trees, the large tree sitting amongst the snowdrifts. This one that looks quite quick to do, even the cutting and yes i to like detailing as well. I think this would be a beautiful card to send to dear friends, mum and dad from grown up children because it is elegant and looks expensive.

Thank you for your lovely comments, I do love doing Christmas cards, especially with trees.
